What is Lobi Stars Rewards?
Lobi Stars Rewards is a free loyalty programme for Lobi Stars fans. Every time you support the club on lobistarsfc.com, you earn Star Points. Use them for free match tickets, food at the stadium, jersey rewards and special matchday experiences.

How to earn Star Points

Choose a reward from the catalogue and confirm. Bigger rewards need a code we email you, to keep your points safe.
Pay with Star Points
Use points to pay for part of your tickets, food or personalised shirt: 1 point = … off, up to …% of your order.

Pick a home match and get a QR ticket by email, like any other ticket.
Use rewards at the stadium
Food and shop vouchers come with a code (valid … days). Show it at the food stands or the club shop.

Good to know
- No cash value. Star Points can't be exchanged for cash, transferred to anyone else or sold.
- Expiry. Points expire after … months with no activity. Any purchase or activity resets the clock, and we remind you 30 days before.
- Jerseys and merchandise are non-refundable. Points earned on them are final, except in cases of fraud or a payment dispute.
- Cancelled matches. If a match is cancelled and your ticket is refunded, the points from that ticket are removed.
- Fair play. We may remove points gained through fake accounts or fraud.
Questions
Do I have to pay to join Lobi Stars Rewards?
No. Joining is free for every fan with a Lobi Stars FC fan account, and so is collecting Star Points.
When can I start earning points?
As soon as you have joined Lobi Stars Rewards and confirmed your email address. You get your welcome bonus straight away, and every purchase on lobistarsfc.com, home match and vote after that earns points.
Do I need a new account?
No. If you already use Predict & Win, Man of the Match voting or membership, log in and tap Join Rewards.
How long until my points show?
Straight away after your payment is confirmed, your ticket is scanned or your vote or prediction is saved. Ticket points show as "pending" until the match is played.
Why are my ticket points "pending"?
Ticket points become available once the match has been played. If the match is cancelled and your ticket refunded, those points are removed.
Can I earn points on Jumia purchases?
No. Only purchases made on lobistarsfc.com earn Star Points.
Can I use points and pay the rest with my card?
Yes. At checkout for match tickets, MatchDay Kitchen food or personalised shirts, tick "Use my Star Points". Each point takes … off, up to …% of the order (at least … points), and you pay the rest with Paystack. Your points are only taken once the payment goes through.
Do points expire?
Yes, after … months with no activity on your account. Any purchase or activity resets the clock, and we remind you 30 days before.
What happens if a match is postponed?
Your ticket and its points stay valid for the new date. Ticket points become available after the match is played.
Can I give my points to a friend?
No. Points can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your invite link from My Rewards. When your friend creates an account with it, confirms their email and makes their first purchase on lobistarsfc.com, you get … points (up to … friends a season).
